Bilingual Notary Services in Tampa Bay

Get your documents notarized with clear communication, in the language you are most comfortable in. I conduct signings in English or Spanish across Tampa Bay.

Appointments by request. Same-day and urgent appointments available when scheduling permits.

What I can do

What I cannot do

I also cannot draft your document or tell you which form you need, in either language. That second point is not a technicality. I am not an attorney licensed to practise law in Florida, I cannot give legal advice about immigration or any other legal matter, and I cannot accept fees for legal advice. A notary is not the same thing as the notario público of many Latin American countries, who is a qualified lawyer — the roles share a name and almost nothing else.

Bilingual notary FAQs

Are you a certified translator?

No. I can explain a document’s general purpose in Spanish, but I do not provide certified translations. For an official translation, work with a certified translation service.

Can you notarize a document written entirely in Spanish?

In most cases yes, for standard acknowledgements and jurats. Send me the specific document if you are unsure.

Do you charge extra for bilingual service?

No. There is no added charge for language. Standard notarization and travel fees apply as usual.
