Tampa Bay · Mobile & Remote Online Notary
Bilingual real estate loan signing and notary services
Closing with confidence — at your kitchen table, the closing table, or a hospital bedside.

Services We Offer
Mobile Notary
I come to you — home, office, hospital, care facility, or wherever the signing has to happen — across Tampa Bay, for one flat travel fee set by distance.
Loan Signing Agent
Purchase, refinance, seller and reverse packages for title companies, escrow officers and lenders. Documents checked before I arrive and scanned back the same day.
Remote Online Notary
Notarize by secure video appointment without anyone travelling — for signers out of state, abroad, or simply short of time.
Estate Planning & POA
Powers of attorney, healthcare surrogate designations, living wills and self-proving affidavits — at home, hospital or a care facility.
Bedside & Emergency
Hospital, hospice and rehab bedside signings, and urgent same-day appointments when a deadline or a discharge will not wait.
Wedding Officiant
Florida notaries can solemnize marriage. Elopements, courthouse-style ceremonies and full wedding days, in English, Spanish or both.
Jail & Correctional
Signings inside correctional facilities, where scheduling, ID rules and what you may bring in all work differently.
Bilingual — Español
Signings conducted in English or Spanish, so a signer can hear the process explained in the language they think in.
Apostille
For documents heading overseas. I notarize what needs notarizing and point you to the state's authentication step.
General Notary
Affidavits, consents, authorizations, parental travel letters and the everyday documents that need a witness and a seal.
Passport
Notarization for passport and consular paperwork, including parental consent letters for a child travelling.
Acknowledgement
For deeds, mortgages and contracts, where you confirm to me that the signature is yours and that you signed willingly.
Jurats
Where you must swear or affirm that what a document says is true — sworn statements, affidavits and court paperwork.
Media POA
Power of attorney documents, witnessed and sealed. Commonly needed when someone cannot attend a signing in person.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much are your notary services?
We charge a different rate for each service, competitive with the market. To get an exact quote for your service needs, feel free to call or text us anytime.
What major cities do you provide mobile notary services to?
We provide mobile notary services to all of the following areas: Carrollwood, Westchase, Northdale, Lutz, Land O'Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Citrus Park, Davis Islands, Town 'n' Country, Clearwater, Safety Harbor, Oldsmar, South Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, St. Petersburg
What do I need to bring to the signing appointment?
Please have the following documentation with you at the time of the signing: Government issued ID, paperwork that needs notarization. If you do not provide these documents, we will not be able to complete the service.
What are your travel fees?
0–10 miles: $25. 11–25 miles: $50. 26–50 miles: $75. Travel fees are in addition to notarization fees. For loan signings arranged through title/escrow companies, travel is typically included in the signing fee.
How soon can I book a signing?
Appointments should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. Need a notary right away? Emergency and after-hours services are available upon request (via text) for an additional fee.
Do you provide a witness if I need one?
Yes — witnesses may be provided depending on availability, but they are not guaranteed for in-person signings. There is an additional fee of $50 or more depending on distance and availability. If you choose a Remote Online Notarization (RON), witnesses can be guaranteed since they are available virtually.
Do you offer Remote Online Notary Services in Florida?
Yes! As a Florida Remote Online Notary (RON), I can notarize documents for signers located anywhere in the U.S. or abroad. The notarization is considered to take place in Florida, since that’s where I’m commissioned. Please note: While most states and agencies accept Florida RONs, a few may still require traditional “wet ink” signatures, especially for certain real estate documents. It’s always a good idea to confirm with the receiving party that they will accept an online notarization.
