Frequently Asked Questions

How much are your notary services?

We charge a different rate for each service, competitive with the market. To get an exact quote for your service needs, feel free to call or text us anytime.

What major cities do you provide mobile notary services to?

We provide mobile notary services to all of the following areas: Carrollwood, Westchase, Northdale, Lutz, Land O'Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Citrus Park, Davis Islands, Town 'n' Country, Clearwater, Safety Harbor, Oldsmar, South Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, St. Petersburg

What do I need to bring to the signing appointment?

Please have the following documentation with you at the time of the signing: Government issued ID, paperwork that needs notarization. If you do not provide these documents, we will not be able to complete the service.

What are your travel fees?

0–10 miles: $25. 11–25 miles: $50. 26–50 miles: $75. Travel fees are in addition to notarization fees. For loan signings arranged through title/escrow companies, travel is typically included in the signing fee.

How soon can I book a signing?

Appointments should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. Need a notary right away? Emergency and after-hours services are available upon request (via text) for an additional fee.

Do you provide a witness if I need one?

Yes — witnesses may be provided depending on availability, but they are not guaranteed for in-person signings. There is an additional fee of $50 or more depending on distance and availability. If you choose a Remote Online Notarization (RON), witnesses can be guaranteed since they are available virtually.

Do you offer Remote Online Notary Services in Florida?

Yes! As a Florida Remote Online Notary (RON), I can notarize documents for signers located anywhere in the U.S. or abroad. The notarization is considered to take place in Florida, since that’s where I’m commissioned. Please note: While most states and agencies accept Florida RONs, a few may still require traditional “wet ink” signatures, especially for certain real estate documents. It’s always a good idea to confirm with the receiving party that they will accept an online notarization.
