I’m a Florida notary public and certified loan signing agent, and I come to you — at your kitchen table, at the office, at a hospital bedside, or by secure video when travelling doesn’t make sense.

Most weeks the bulk of my work is real estate: purchase, refinance, seller and reverse packages for title companies, escrow officers and lenders, checked before I arrive and scanned back the same day. The rest is everything else a signature needs a witness for — powers of attorney and estate documents, apostilles for paperwork heading overseas, signings inside correctional facilities, and weddings, since Florida notaries can solemnize marriage.

Every signing is available in English or Spanish. Travel is a single flat fee set by distance, so there’s no hourly billing and nothing unexpected at the end.
