Do you handle reverse mortgage signings?

Yes. Reverse mortgage packages require extra care due to their length and required counseling documents, and I am experienced walking signers through them.

I cannot draft your document, tell you which form you need, or explain what signing it will do. Those are legal questions, and answering them would be practising law without a licence — on a loan package that means I confirm identity and witness signatures, but questions about the terms themselves belong with the lender, the title company, or the borrower’s own attorney.
